Your draft
Fill in the required fields to see the draft.
A draft to adapt and have reviewed by your lawyer. It describes your own answers; it is not a confirmation that the service meets any law.
Answer a few questions about your service and get a draft of the accessibility information that the European Accessibility Act (Article 13, Annex V) and the German BFSG (§14, Annex 3) ask for. The draft is ready in English, Ukrainian, German, Polish, Czech, Romanian and Russian, as HTML for your website or as plain text.
What the draft contains
- The service: who provides it and where.
- How it works — optional, for services where it is not obvious.
- Accessibility features: what you have done, in your own words.
- The standard: EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.2 AA, and whether the service meets it in part or not yet.
- Known limitations and the date by which you plan to fix them.
- Feedback and contact: how customers report a barrier.
- Supervisory authority: prefilled for Germany and Czechia; ask your lawyer for other countries.
- The review date.
The structure follows our guide to the accessibility information. Write only what is true: a list of features you do not have is worse than a short honest text.
Where to get the known limitations
A free check of one page shows the main problems of that page. Pandus checks every page each week, and its WordPress plugin keeps the list of known limitations on your accessibility page up to date automatically.
Not legal advice
The generator turns your answers into a structured text. It does not check your site and does not confirm that your service meets the EAA, the BFSG or any national law. Have the text reviewed before you publish it.
