Website accessibility alerts in Telegram
Updated October 12, 2026 · 2 min read
The Pandus bot sends accessibility alerts from your website to Telegram: new WCAG 2.2 problems after the weekly check, a summary of every finished check, and the barrier reports your visitors send through the WordPress plugin or the code for any site. In your own chat, or in a group with your team or your client.
What you get
- New problems after a check: the site, how many new problems the check found, how many pages it covered, and a link to the report.
- Every finished check (optional): the numbers even when nothing new appeared — handy for agencies who report to clients weekly.
- Barrier reports: the visitor's message and the page, so you can react the same day. Customers who report a barrier expect an answer.
- Seven languages: each chat gets messages in the language of the person who connected it.
How to connect
- In your Pandus account, open Team and find the Telegram block.
- Click Connect Telegram and choose My chat or A group.
- Press Start in Telegram. The chat appears in your account, where you choose what it receives.
The link works once, for 30 minutes. One team can connect several chats: for example, your own chat for barrier reports and a client group for new problems.
For web agencies
Connect a group per client project and switch on new problems only: the client sees that the site is checked every week without logging in anywhere. White-label reports go to the client by e-mail as before; see Pandus for agencies.
Privacy
Messages contain the site name, the numbers of the check and a link to your account. Barrier reports contain the text and the page, never the visitor's name or e-mail. Telegram is a third-party service: connect only chats where these details may be shared. Send /stop at any time to turn the messages off.
